We loved every bit of our stay here… so peaceful, quiet, away from all hustle….. every little detail of the stay is thoughtfully crafted and the caretakers and cooks are very well behaved to help with our needs. They were super prompt making it all so simple and amazing!

Cocoon stay was one of the best villas we have stayed in. The Villa has elegantly designed interiors by the owners themselves, coupled with modern amenities and surrounded by well manicured lawns, shrubs and trees. We had a peaceful and pleasant stay. The caretakers are very helpful. We were served freshly cooked delicious meals. The pool was also well maintained and superclean.
We have been to this property twice, first in 2020 and the second time in October 2023. Our first stay here was so great that we extended the same by a day. All the staff they have here are highly efficient and they will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The cleanliness and hygiene are top notch. Also, you are going to fall in love with the parking that's covered in natural green cover. In fact, the entire architecture of Cocoon is extremely pleasing and relaxing.
The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable, you have a kitchen at your disposal, the indoor drawing room area is something that I wish I could have had in my house, and you can laze around in the pool which is again very nicely done with really clean washrooms and surroundings. The hammocks in the balconies are an added attraction. And best of all, this place is pet-friendly and our three dogs had an absolute blast, making the most of the huge area at their disposal.
In fact, this place is so good that it could become our go-to place for relaxation with our fur babies. Kudos to the owners and the staff for making Cocoon what it is.
A very beautiful villa. it is a 3 bhk extremely spacious villa. having all amenities. The villa has a quaint and small private swimming pool, with separate changing room and shower rooms.

I went here with my family. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay hands down. From the quietness in the surrounding to the accommodating host and the staff everything was beyond perfect. My family had a gala time because of the games, speakers, karaoke which were there in the house. The rooms were clean, the food prepared by the staff was lip smacking, they didn’t even shy away from sharing the recipes. Only con was the tv did not work during our stay and the top floor rooms did not have wifi connection but it was a blessing for our family to spend more time with each other. Big shout out to ever smiling Mahadev he gifted my mom a sapling when we left and she’s overjoyed. I look forward to coming back to cocoon stay.
Very near to sula vineyards and gangapur dam/lake... one of the most exquisite property and best architecture home with so many amenities. Peaceful and calm ambience make you wanna stay more.. had really amazing experience.. The best thing about the place are the people.. the caretakers... Mahadev and his family were really helpful and the food they prepared on such a short notice was delicious and no need to think where to go what to order everything was in d house from freshly prepared breakfast as well as dinner.. it was chilly morning and stunning beautiful to look over the property early morning and enjoy cycling.. would want to visit again...
